Cleveland-Ripley Construction Update

In early May, the East wing of the building was closed for the beginning of the construction. The floor tile and the ceiling were the first items to be removed and the electrical and data service to that side of the building is being replaced. New windows from the corridor into the classrooms are being installed which will create a more open air feel to that end of the building. On the exterior of the building, a new mechanical pad is being poured behind the Gym for the new air conditioning units being installed in late July.
The first phase of the construction will complete at the end of August. At that time the entire operations will move into the newly renovated East wing and open to the public. The South wing will be closed for the second phase at that time. The entire project is scheduled to complete at the end of November.
