A self-taught artist, Sacha's distinctive style is influenced by her Caribbean heritage and life experiences traveling in West Africa and Europe. Created from her imagination and inspired by poetry, music, and the works of her favorite artists, Sacha’s paintings are marked by a liberal use of color and form. Her medium of choice is acrylic and oilsticks on canvas, paper, or wood. Abstract designs expressing familiar gestures and emotions, fluid landscapes, and asymmetrical compositions are her trademark.
